Committee formed to review dairy production costs

AMMAN — Minister of Industry, Trade and Supply Tareq Hammouri on Wednesday said that a committee has been formed to review production costs and profit margins of dairy products to take appropriate measures.
The committee is expected to complete its mandate in less than a week the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported. During a meeting with the board of directors of the Jordan Chamber of Commerce, Hammouri said that the ministry is committed under the law to take certain measures to curb overpricing after studying production costs and profit margins.
