Training for accreditation officers to serve people with disabilities launched

AMMAN — The Higher Council for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities on Tuesday launched a training programme to prepare and qualify accreditation officers to serve persons diagnosed with intellectual disabilities and autism spectrum disorder, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The programme aims to familiarise accreditation officers with national standards used to develop services provided by a number of institutions for persons with intellectual disabilities and autism spectrum disorder.
Including 33 participants, the programme also aims to build the participants’ knowledge of total quality management.
